Great value hotel in a very quiet area close to Venice mestre, a vaporetto from the airport, and venice on a map. Nicely furnished and well-appointed rooms with private bathrooms, the last client's unmade bed, for example, VERY GOOD service. Perfect location - very close to Saint Mary's Cathedral.

Everything was very good overall. We had very nice 5 days here, the room was extremely pleasant and good-sized with very airy, internet, lovely view. The staff was exceptionally kind plus the location was excellent.

Everything was very good, I liked my stay. Choose twin room with 1 bath. The staff were super-friendly and the facilities provided were clean! The location of the property was fantastic and amazing, close enough to get to all the major attractions easily. Everything was very good value for money, had a such great stay on holidays.

Liked the triple room I was given. An air conditioner, a storage, and coffee where available here too. Its location was excellant and absolutely perfect, adjacent to the center of Venice, the square in a quiet neighborhood next to Santa Maria Formosa square/church and restaurants. Very good value for money for the area, had a really nice stay on holidays.

The location was unbeatable and incredible, right by the square in a quiet neighborhood next to Santa Maria Formosa square/church, both the Rialto bridge and restaurant.
